Do you think this will become a popular trend just as the “green” and “organic” movement is now? Will people be turning to there own backyards for producing there own food?

It’s a good idea, but only dedicated folks can see it through. Most Americans want one-button solutions to their problems, and patience and nurturing do not often factor in to those solutions.
But I have seen an increase in people actually doing it. As long as they’re doing things correctly, I’m happy with that.
